Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund within 7–14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

  • Customized or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement, store credit, or full refund where applicable.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
